Agreement Establishment

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you and Aetheravos governing all aspects of your platform use. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing Aetheravos in any manner, you affirm that you have comprehensively reviewed these terms and consent to be bound by them completely.

If you find any portion of these terms unacceptable, you are not authorized to use Aetheravos and must immediately terminate all access. Continuing platform use after reviewing these terms constitutes your unambiguous acceptance of all provisions herein.

Platform Architecture and Function

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Aetheravos content except as necessary for normal platform use within your browser.

Virtual Credits Framework

Virtual credits on Aetheravos serve exclusively as gameplay mechanisms. They are not currency, not assets, and possess no value beyond enabling game functionality within our platform.

We may adjust, add, or remove virtual credits at any time for any reason including error correction, abuse prevention, and platform maintenance. You have no legal or equitable claim to any specific virtual credit amount.

Virtual credit balances may reset between sessions and are not guaranteed to persist. No promises are made regarding credit preservation over time.

Service Availability

Aetheravos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees regarding continuous availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other factors.

We reserve complete discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue Aetheravos or any features at any time without advance notice and without liability to users or third parties.

Warranty Disclaimers

Aetheravos is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that Aetheravos will satisfy your requirements, operate without interruption, be timely or secure, be error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

All platform use is at your sole risk. Materials accessed through Aetheravos are obtained at your own discretion and risk.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetheravos and its operators, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use Aetheravos.
